Interesting story about the benefits of starting a business in farmer’s markets before committing to an actual storefront. But, there are difficulties in doing this in California. Mainly, the wait times are long, but there are also regulations in place that limit non-food vendors. The good news is that we don’t have these problems in Florida. The bad news is that we don’t have the number of markets that we should.
